Contemporary New-Build Home in Rural Hampshire.

Set in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, this newly constructed home occupies a generous triangular plot, bordered on three sides by mature, dense woodland. This substantial modern property offers approximately 440m² (4,700ft²) of internal living space, featuring expansive open-plan areas designed around a central circulation core.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout the home maximises natural daylight and frames stunning views of the surrounding gardens and woodlands, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Inspired by the natural beauty of the site, the home’s architectural detailing and materials reflect its woodland setting. A dark blended brick base gives the building a sense of permanence and grounding, while vertical cladding – designed to weather gracefully over time – helps the structure harmonise with the surrounding landscape and silver birch trees.
